"The entrepreneurial library" was the title of Axiell's Nordic Symposium 2008, which took place on the 6th and 7th November 2008 in Nacka, Sweden .

At Axiell Symposium library managers from Denmark, Sweden, Finland and the UK meet each other and discuss important issues for the library sector's further development.
The next Axiell Symposium will take place 2011 in the UK.
In 2008 it was "The entrepreneurial library" and in 2007 the theme was "Citizens libraries - libraries for citizens; needs and expectations".
