De meeste standaardfuncties zijn beschikbaar in de Museum-versie.
De Filmarchief-versie van het systeem voldoet aan de allerhoogste eisen die audiovisuele archieven kunnen stellen. Deze versie stelt audiovisuele archieven in staat de collectie goed en veilig te beheren.
De Archief-versie van het systeem is speciaal ontworpen voor archivarissen en wordt gebruikt om archiefcollecties, waaronder documenten, multimedia, kaarten, historische boeken en born-digital materiaal, te beheren.
Deze applicatie ondersteunt het maken van hiërarchische beschrijvingen op meerdere niveaus in overeenstemming met de ISAD(G) en DACS-standaarden. Met een ‘boomstructuur’-weergave op het scherm kunt u gemakkelijk door alle niveaus van de catalogus bladeren, hoe complex ook, en eenvoudig records invoegen waar nodig.
Axiell Collections voor Speciale Bibliotheken is flexibel genoeg om allerlei soorten publicaties te verwerken, inclusief digitale en multimediabestanden. De standaardcatalogus bevat templates voor verschillende soorten materiaal, waaronder boeken, audiovisueel materiaal, tijdschriften, losbladigen en artikelen.
De bibliotheekversie is uitermate geschikt om te gebruiken in conbinatie met de Museum- Film- of Archiefversie.
