Axiell Status Update Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Last week saw continued efforts in the world to slow down the outbreak of Corona. Efforts we all must continue to support so that we, as a society, can manage through this pandemic. At Axiell, we manage this on a daily basis and continue to navigate the situation, to ensure that we are up to date with directives in the countries where we have offices, as well as understanding the impact on our customers and on us. Below are some of the activities that are now taking place in the company.

Supporting social distancing

Our Danish office is closed as well as our offices in the UK. Most of our worldwide staff are now working from home and we have secured connectivity, accessibility and equipment so that we can maintain normal services for customers.

Local management continuously report on any local developments as well as of course on the wellbeing of our colleagues around the world. Looking after our people and ensuring the wellbeing of our staff is a top priority for us, now more than ever.

Adapting our services

We are rapidly trying to support our customers with new services to help you continue operations and we also have new good developments in these difficult times. Agility and action is the name of the game here – and we are acting now.

To support children during school closures in Sweden, we have made e-literature free for children during the month. We have a library solution for e-media in the works as well as other solutions for engaging and communicating with the public. We are also rolling out a program of digital training, webinars and support for our CMS users – helping them to effectively work from home.

To ensure you get updates about digital services, please ensure you are subscribed to our newsletter, which you can do on our website.

Staying on top of developments

Members from our global and local management teams closely follow and evaluate needs regularly in order to make decisions on any directives in the countries where we have offices. Everything is changing rapidly and we’re making sure we’re staying current and adapting as the situation develops.

Wishing you all well

We hope that you and your families stay safe and well, persevere through any lockdowns that are taking place and are able to find ways to interact digitally. If there is anything you need from us, please get in touch and we will do what we can to help you. Let’s get through this – together!
