Be Clean: How to Create and Maintain Quality Data

Darryll Magboo Software Training Consultant

No one has perfect data… If left unchecked, bad data can cripple the functionality of your system, and frustrate its users both internally and online. Making your data work for you requires controlling what goes in, and knowing how to clean it up once it’s there. Targeting Database Administrators, Registrars, Collections Managers, or the staff who have to do it all, this 2 day workshop will review the different features and controls which can help you to maintain clean data. Learn what tools are at your disposal to solve the problems your collection is confronted with.  Take control of your data and begin the journey towards more efficient searches, more complete search results, consistent terminology, and a positive user experience for all.

Available for Adlib, Axiell Collections, EMu, Mimsy XG.

Great content - very helpful training. Daryll was good at adapting to the user's level of experience with the database

[The trainer] did a great job of making sure everyone's questions and concerns were addressed, and made sure that everyone had a comprehensive understanding of the concepts we covered.
