Adlib Contracts

From April 1st 2011, a new SLA (Service Level Agreement) and Software License Agreement has become available to all Adlib customers.

This new SLA gives customers the opportunity to expand their current maintenance agreement with additional service levels. It sets out in much more detail the rights and obligations of both customers and Adlib Information Systems.
