All passes for the 2024 UK Meetup have been claimed, but we’re working on opening up more spaces. Please join the waiting list, and we will get in touch once additional space are available.
The UK Axiell Meetup is a 1-day event for Axiell users and members of the GLAM sector. Join us in London for a day of workshops, discussions and talks, designed to help you get the most from your Axiell software and the Axiell User Community.
Showcase your work and inspire other users – this might be a recent project, milestone, implementation or just something cool you and your team have been working on. Or lead a workshop or a discussion about a topic that you’re passionate about or would like to discuss with the community.
Submit your session proposal by completing the form and we will work with you to chose the best format for your session.

Who should attend?
The 2024 Axiell UK Meetup is a free event for users of Axiell’s software and members of the GLAM sector.
As always, you are welcome to attend any of our events, no matter where you are in the world. Those travelling from other regions are most welcome!
Timings
Registration opens at 09:00, with sessions beginning at 09:30 and ending at 17:30. The Networking Drinks & Nibbles will follow the conclusion of sessions and will come to a close around 19:30.
Full timings will be confirmed when the agenda is published.
Will the event be streamed?
This event won’t be streamed or recorded. It will be an in-person only event and there will be a greater focus on discussions, workshops and networking – the things you told us you get most value from at an in-person event.
Networking Drinks and Nibbles
17:30 – 19:30, Grand Lobby, Senate House
Join us after the conclusion of sessions for a free Networking Drinks & Nibbles reception. The reception is a great opportunity to network and catch up with colleagues from across the user community, in a more informal environment.

UoL Senate House is located in Bloomsbury, Central London – a short walk from London Underground, and national railway stations.
When you arrive, please enter through Senate House (south block) main entrance – via Malet Street or Russel Square.

All spaces in Senate House are accessible, with lifts and accessible toilets available on both of the floors we’ll be using at the event.
