Administrators and Super Users will develop an understanding of how to configure and customize their system. The training begins with understanding the structure of the administrative module and how to navigate it. This course will walk the participants step by step through how to streamline their system interface to meet the needs of your collections managers, curators, cataloguers, registrars and volunteers. Topics will include, the application of privileges and restrictions, eliminating non-essential fields and developing views for different users, configuring required fields, default values, field functionality, how data is presented, and much more. The course is empowering and will make your system easier and more efficient to use, increase productivity, and provide participants with the knowledge to move forward independently following its completion.

Darryll has worked for Axiell since 2014 and in his role as a trainer has trained over 20 different client sites. He has experience running a range of sessions across our different software products.

He started with Axiell initially as a junior developer and has also worked on the Help Desk supporting customers. This gives Darryll a good understanding of the software from both a technical and user perspective; skills which he uses to help users get the most out of training.
