Produce Results: Efficient Data Entry Workflows in Sapphire

Darryll Magboo Software Training Consultant

Certain cataloguing or data clean-up projects require repetitive tasks. In order to strip away needless steps and ensure you make the most of staff time, Axiell offers a web-based solution which allows you to create customized data entry forms to meet the exact needs of your projects. With Sapphire, you design forms featuring key fields and remove any distracting elements. Staff enter the data online using either tablets or PCs, and EMu is automatically updated! Targeting project staff, program leads, and their managers, learn to create data entry forms to match your specific workflow requirements. With your Sapphire custom forms in place, contract staff, specialists, or interns can hit the ground running on any project without having to learn the EMu system and help you efficiently meet your targets.

Trainer Darryll Magboo Darryll Magboo
Darryll has worked for Axiell since 2014 and in his role as a trainer has trained over 20 different client sites. He has experience running a range of sessions across our different software products.

He started with Axiell initially as a junior developer and has also worked on the Help Desk supporting customers. This gives Darryll a good understanding of the software from both a technical and user perspective; skills which he uses to help users get the most out of training.

I very much enjoyed the pace of the course and the level of interactivity he achieved, in spite of the fact that we were doing remote training.

[The trainer] did a great job of making sure everyone's questions and concerns were addressed, and made sure that everyone had a comprehensive understanding of the concepts we covered.
