The Company’s HR Policy

Axiell is a knowledge company and the employees’ competence and contribution is therefor vital to achieve our goals and visions. We want to give all employees the opportunity to develop in order to be able to take on more challenging and qualified tasks.

The most important knowledge is gained in the daily work but we also want to offer training and skills development when needed. The employees’ initiatives and actions are of great importance.

The line manager is responsible for that all employee development opportunities are taken advantage of and that the professional development is based on both the employees’ and company’s needs.

The delegation of responsibilities and tasks is an important element in the development process. The managers are responsible for any such delegation.

Laws, rules and regulations in the country where we have staff employed shall always be followed.
