The centre is fully operational, with the initial two managed services customers are now live and leveraging the service.
“We’ve leveraged the experience we have from providing managed services, including hosting, to hundreds of customers in Europe and Asia Pacific, and can now provide best practice standards, that meet local needs and regulations. We’ve made investments in both infrastructure and skills to enable us to offer market leading managed services to new and existing North American customers.” says Dan Kennedy, Regional Manager, North America.
Axiell has partnered with Equinix for the service, which is based in a Tier III data centre in Ashburn, Virginia, ensuring high levels of availability, reliability and security. Expert support can now be provided by local teams and 24/7 support can be managed leveraging Axiell’s global operations.
“At Axiell, we partner long term with our customers to meet their needs and we are very glad to be able to extend our services in North America. We can now manage the complete chain of infrastructure and services around the software we provide, meaning that our customers can focus on the valuable work their institutions do instead of managing software or IT.
