Axiell Collections comes with a range of packaged features to choose from

Museum

The museum version of the system is most suitable for anyone managing art, historical or scientific collections with a variety of item types. The system has been designed for a range of collections types including arts, natural history, industrial, archaeological and mixed collections.

Most of the standard features are available in the Museum application.

Archive

The archive version of the system is designed specifically for archivists and should be used by people who are managing archive collections including documents, multi-media, maps, historical books as well as digital-born materials

This application supports the creation of multi-level hierarchical descriptions in accordance with the ISAD(G) and DACS standards. An on-screen ‘tree structure’ display enables you to readily browse through all the levels of the catalogue, however complex, and simply insert records as needed.

Special library

The special library version of the system enables features that special libraries may need and should be used by any library that is looking for library management made easy. Axiell Collections for Libraries is flexible enough to deal with all kinds of publications, including digital and multimedia files. The standard catalogue includes templates for several different types of material including books, audiovisual materials, journals, loose-leafs and articles.

This Library application is especially powerful in combination with the Museum and/or Archive application.

Axiell Collections Cloud Service

The CMS is managed by us, and accessible through the cloud. An affordable way to get up and running quickly with your system.

Private Cloud

Access the software through the cloud, and we’ll manage the service for you. Best for those who have specific hosting or security requirements or want add-on products. We’ll create a hosted environment just for your institution.

On premise

If you need to have the solution hosted on premise – we can accommodate that and work with you. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting your own infrastructure and environment.

No limit on number of records.

You will share a hosting environment with other customers but still only be able to access your own instance.

Compatible with the standard version of Axiell Internet Server, but not suitable if you want to customise your online collection or deploy additional products such as Axiell Move.
