Axiell Status Update, Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to the unprecedented public health situation across the globe, we would like to reassure customers that Axiell is taking every step necessary to deliver the same level of service and support that you are used to.

Our offices remain open as usual and you are still able to reach us via phone, email or the Servicedesk. If the situation changes for scheduled training, then you will be notified.

However, the health of our staff and our customers will always be our top priority. We are following developments closely and acting upon official guidance, as and when it becomes available.

This week, we have taken measures to cancel any internal and external travel that isn’t business-critical and advised that any staff displaying symptoms should stay at home. We are keeping staff informed continuously and have set up additional communication processes to ensure we can reach everyone in our global organization, in a timely manner. We are doing what we can to limit the spread of the virus and are fortunate in that we can work using digital channels. Our thoughts are with any customers that may experience a different situation.

In the event that the situation changes, we have prepared risk scenarios to ensure that any disruption is minimised and that we are able to support customers throughout the coming weeks. As for any business, the speed at which we may be able to support can change, but we will do our utmost to ensure that we can provide service in a timely manner.

Since the situation is developing at speed, we will be reviewing the official guidance as and when it becomes available and will update you as soon as we can.

For now, all Axiell user events and conferences are scheduled to go ahead as planned, however, we will keep customers informed on developments.
