Should I attend on September 14th (the Natural History Special Interest Day)

As with the rest of the conference, the Natural History Special Interest Day is free and open to all customers to attend. However, topics on this day will be deeply related to the needs of natural history institutions and therefore may not be relevant to your institutional goals/specialization.

What is the event’s Covid policy?

We will not be mandating any restrictions on entry or masks, and you will not be required to show a Covid pass to attend the conference. We encourage attendees to do an at home test before travelling and to stay at home if testing positive or displaying symptoms.

Venue seating should accommodate physical distancing in most cases. Masks are welcome, and, weather permitting, attendees can eat meals outside in the beautiful University of Chicago Quad.

Read more about the venue’s Covid protocols here. We know we can trust users to act responsibly.

Engaging on social

We encourage all attendees to share what they’re learning at the conference with audiences at home, via the event hashtag #AxiellNA22
