Katrin joined the Axiell Germany team in June as Marketing Manager for the DACH region. The trained editor brings with her a broad marketing background and is looking forward to combining her strategic vein with lively ideas at Axiell. We asked Katrin a few questions to get to know her better.
Tell us a little about yourself and your background
My name is Katrin Ingoglia and I am 47 years old. As an editor for publishing houses and agencies, I initially developed in a creative direction and wrote texts of all kinds. Then I changed sides and looked at a broader marketing horizon in companies of all sizes – offline and online.
Why did you choose Axiell?
Axiell represents the perfect combination of culture and technology – two areas I am very passionate about. The international orientation of the company and the really exciting products also appealed to me.
What will you mainly be working with?
As Marketing Manager DACH, I will work closely with the sales department as part of an international team. The main goal is to win new customers in our market and to make Axiell even better known in the region. Of course, we will also keep an eye on our existing customers. So I’m also looking forward to discovering and telling exciting stories from the everyday life of libraries and cultural institutions.
What experience from previous jobs can you bring to Axiell?
I have already gained marketing experience in the field of digital learning and also in an international company. In the last two years, I have also worked intensively on the topics of content marketing and marketing automation.
What are you looking forward to the most?
Most of all, I am looking forward to getting even more people excited about Axiell and the company’s solutions. I am also looking forward to many inspiring encounters with colleagues, customers and interested parties.
