Just the way we like it: Tailoring the system to meet your needs

Administrators and Super Users will develop an understanding of how to configure and customize their system. The training begins with understanding the structure of the administrative module and how to navigate it. This course will walk the participants step by step through how to streamline their system interface to meet the needs of your collections managers, curators, cataloguers, registrars and volunteers. Topics will include, the application of privileges and restrictions, eliminating non-essential fields and developing views for different users, configuring required fields, default values, field functionality, how data is presented, and much more.
