Day 1 of the course covers essential concepts pertaining to your system’s structure and how to search, create and edit records. Following a review of the basics, on Day 2, participants are introduced to Crystal Reports. On our final day of training, we tour the commonly used admin functions enabling power uses to configure your application to reflect the needs of your organization.
