Recognising the evolving role of libraries in their communities, the solution empowers library staff to manage and provide access to shared spaces and resources within the library space.
Quria Rooms & Resources creates a more seamless in-library experience for both staff and visitors. Through self-service functionality, visitors can discover, book, and make any applicable payments for library spaces and resources online through the library website or the Axiell Library App. Meanwhile, staff enjoy a simple interface for centralized administration, configuring booking rules, setting price lists and reviewing usage reports.

Quria Rooms & Resources enables libraries to manage bookable rooms, spaces, and equipment in one integrated solution. Resources can include anything from meeting room equipment and laptops to activity kits, tools and other items available for borrowing or booking. By bringing resource management into the library’s core platform, libraries can streamline operations, improve visibility of available resources, explore ways to generate additional revenue, and offer a more convenient experience for visitors.
The solution is available as an extension to Quria.
